What is wrong with my profile?
It feels like I'm working hard & preparing forever to get my next Job switch. I see many of my friends are doing great in their careers & observed that they all had cracked such companies before 2022. Am I unlucky or will this Job market ever be good ? I have 3 YOE as a front end engineer (also good with Backend) & super passionate at coding. I love building products, and have built so many online tools with React,Next & Node Js. I am looking for someone who can look at my resume and guide me where I am lacking. Not sure what is wrong with my profile, I'm constantly getting mails saying "Unfortunately we decided to move forward with other candidates". I genuinely want some help from you guys, please help me. Can't deal with rejection anymore.
