Investment opportunities when company doesn’t allow stock picking
Can you recommend investment opportunities with 10-15% returns? Already investing in MF. Recently learned that company policy doesn’t allow Stock Investments.
Invoice discounting
Sovereign bonds
P2P lending
Don't go for fractional real estate. It doesn't give high returns.

Thank you.
Isn’t P2P lending super risky?
I’ll read-up on Invoice discounting
Not super risky. Use Cred or 12% club. Have invested in 12% club for more than 1.5 years. Have been receiving the interest consistently.

Use MFs. You'll be absolutely fine without going to the stock market. Infact it might be better because you can remain disciplined. You can invest in nifty index and maybe some small cap fund like parag Parikh.

Just curious, what kinda company doesn't allow their employees to have private stock investments lol?

A lot of companies don’t allow; especially ones where you work with clients and might know insider secrets.
There's a defined list mostly. Blanket rule is very very surprising - should be challenged. In your next role, do ensure such policies aren't there

Index funds?
Ride the bull run, and allocate some capital for direct stocks that are at multi year lows and offer margin of safety . Why do you want to look elsewhere when the best time in your life is now in the stock markets.
