Real world project in data science

I have been working in Analytics since close to 3 years and been wondering what would be the best way to pivot to data science/machine learning as all the roles require atleast 3 years of hands on experience which I don't have unfortunately..... I've done couple of mini projects on Data science but hiring managers don't seem to be impressed as they would be looking for someone with production environment exposure. so my question is how do you show you are competent enough w/o significant hands on experience?

Make sure that you deploy DS projects online complete with a front end. That is the only way hahaha

Hi! I'm a CA Inter pass out with about 7 years work ex. I have worked in fields such as Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Compliance and Reporting. And i for a fair fact also believe i have a thing for Data analytics. I get too excited when i have to work with large chunks of data on a spreadsheet to formulate results out of it. I want to get into Data Analytics. How do I go about it ? I have been learning R and Python at a slow pace. Suggestions and inputs are most welcome.

Hi everyone I am working in the MIM process and looking for a domain change. I wanted to get into data analyst. I have prepared SQL , excel, power BI and basics of python as well I know the basic concepts and I have worked on basic projects as well so I can get a better understanding of the concepts.
