What your age range ( 20-25, 25-30 ….) and percentage investment in stocks or equity mutual funds?

I want to start investing in mutual funds. I want to design my portfolio for the long term goals(15 years min). I was confused about what the mix of funds should be. I can take risks now but I don't want my portfolio to be volatile as fuck. Like 15-16% returns with some diversification(5% or you suggest) in debt maybe. Hi folks, I have recently started investing after repeatedly being told to not hoard my money in savings, wanted to know how/how much other people invest. Current portfolio: Equity: 2.5 L ( banking, fmcg, ETFs) Mutual Funds: 1.1 L ( Navi Index fund - 10 k per month sip, SBI Liquid Fund - 10k per month) I feel that I should invest more since i dont have any financial dependents on me right now, but dont know how much and dont want to put my hard earned money somewhere I won’t see it ever. Tc: 30 LPA Exp: 2 years

What does your Portofolio look like in your 20s. Would also be helpful if you can tell about your health and term insurance.

I am a 23 grad who has managed to save close to 7 L all cash till now. Plan was to enjoy the first 6 months of job and then start with the financial hustle. Seems, I am ready. Need suggestions to allocate ~5L across equity, gold, FDs and other investment instruments. I have an education loan, so tips on that will also be highly appreciated. Targeting 25 L net-worth (excluding the loan) by the end of ‘24 Thanks!

I am 22, and I'm going to be 23 this November. Just got into my 1 job. I am determined to invest about 45k per month. (Includes funds for short term goals too, like an international trip once a year) Out of which I am already investing 12.5k in ELSS funds. Now I am confused about what remaining portion of my amount should I invest in stocks vs other MFs. Please help me out here. A bit about myself. I am open to taking risks. Just some personal finance gyaan, I follow these regularly 1) Have 3-6 months of cautionary savings 2) Have up to 2x your monthly account in your bank 3) Have 3 accounts (Salary, Investment & Spend) 4) Have a Bifurcation of Equity, Debt , Real-estate & Gold by age and follow that 5) Have 2-3 credit cards (Set Breach limits) 6) Think long term 7) Reduce costs on all fronts - Saving account, demat, mutual funds , tax etc 8) Medical & Life insurance is a must 9) Don't inflate your lifestyle after you income gets upgraded .Wait observe and decide if it's worth it 10) Always invest in things that would give you less headache Have added my investment bifurcation in comments
