Cost of living in Noida

How much will someone who's earning 14LPA fixed get in hand and how much will they be able to save living in sector 62. What are some alternatives I can look for if my office is in sector 62. Need a single occupancy room/pg.

My new job starts on 1st of June 2023 in Noida location sector 63, Kindly refer me stays near my office location. How much it will cost. PG and co-living is ok for me.

I am in the IT industry, living in Noida. I wanted to know from experienced IT professionals if 2 LPA salary is enough for 1 bachelor person. I do not have any family responsibilities as of now! There is an annual bonus of 25k apart from this 2 LPA. I am just curious how much I should expect to get every month?

I have 9+ years of experience in Software Development and Managing teams at scale. I’m in Bengaluru from last 5 years and before that I was in Mumbai for 4 years. Now I’m planning to relocate to Noida, due to following reasons: - Want to stay relatively nearer to my home town(UP) - Want to be accessible for my family and relatives, when they need me the most - Want to enjoy North Indian aspect of living - Want my kid to raise in North Indian environment I need suggestions in two things - Does Noida is a right choice considering my home town is in UP? - Which Noida sector is developed, have better infrastructure and all the basic necessities are nearby? - Which companies pay almost in similar range comparatively to Bengaluru or Hyderabad? - Any other thing that I should be aware of? I have been in a rewarding career in Chennai for about a decade. Came in as a fresher but now married and have 2 kids. Have an option to move to Noida now. Given cultural differences, elder kid now finds it difficult to adjust at school. Elderly parents dont find the weather and neighbors friendly enough to live with me for more than a month. Remain stuck in the apartment. People who have lived both in Chennai and Noida, please share your experiences on a cost of living and future career options in NCR perspective.

Moving to Noida in a couple of months. Looking for a single occupancy master bedroom. Looking at the rent situation in Noida, compared to Bombay (where I live now), budget is not an issue. Would prefer a high-end, luxurious(?) gated society, My Office is in 16-A, so something around there would be preferable. Any leads, broker contacts would be extremely appreciated

I am from a tier 1 college and our placements season is going on, this year the market is very bad, we have very less companies than the previous year and the pay is low as well. From Dec 1, our interview will start but till now I have got no interview shortlist. But I have got an off-campus offer for 13LPA in Greater Noida, I wanted to ask if 13LPA is good enough for living in Greater Noida. The recruiter asked me how much I expected I panicked and said 13LPA, actually I wish more than I said, I mean if they give 13LPA as base rather than CTC then it is more than enough for me. Should i take the offer or negotiate or do what? If negotiated, then how can the company agree to 13LPA base? TL;DR: should I accept a 13LPA offer or negotiate it, for a dev role in Greater Noida. I am fresher sitting for my campus placements. please help
