People who treat juniors and seniors differently
Have noticed over the course of time, one of the clearest marks that somebody might be an asshole: 1) In front of seniors: Extremely nice, subservient, "How are you doing", "How was your weekend hehehe", They'll aggressively try to match lunch times, so on and so forth 2) When only juniors are around (absence of a senior): Clearly moody, won't talk properly, might even be aggressive in their asks, miss greeting them when crossing paths, avoid them during lunches, generally low energy around juniors We all know them, but it's an interesting way to gauge the people around you I feel. Anyone else noticed this/some version of this?

Well not bashing HR folks but a lot of them do that. Find it really baffling being a professional myself š

HR people will act all āwe are only a huddle/call awayā in townhalls but donāt reply to the dms for days.
Toh? Should people talk to them nicely only if they are cute?

I have experienced this very closely šš„² OP thanks for this post it will act like a checklist for me henceforth.
Experienced this while I was in a Private Bank. Private Banks in India are a different hell altogether.
