Need guidance to switch !!

Hi all, I’ve been working with oracle for almost 2 years. It feels stagnant now. No new skills, newtech to work upon, moreover my position is Associate SDE but I’ve been with QA team since beginning. I’ve talked to manager regarding same but no fruitful outcome. I feel stuck. Im actively looking for switch but can’t figure out which skills to study or start from bcoz different companies ask gor different skillset. And my profile looks more like automation tester then SDE. Pls help !!

I am an automation tester with 2.2 yrs of experience in Infosys. My skill sets are Java, Selenium, Playwright, cucumber, gherkin, etc. Can anyone guide me for what I shall do that will help me in switching my job?

I am currently working as QA at Keysight technologies which is a Electronics company, mainly focusing on automation with basic python.But I want to switch as backend developer, should I gain expierience of year as QA or join startup immediately at any pay?

Hi all I am working in Infosys from past 2.5 years I joined as fresher now I am thinking to switch for career growth I have worked in Network Operations mostly now I feel like I need to switch in development as I have gain interest in it . But I don’t have much hands on experience on development .. what should I do? Should I start searching for another company immediately or I should focus to gain more knowledge of development? Hey everyone, I'd like to hear your thoughts. Have any of you successfully aced an interview solely through tutorials, YouTube, or side projects without hands-on work experience? I am a SDET exploring a transition to SDE role, internally tried within my company ,not happening due to various reasons, hence trying to switch over. In order to achieve that, I've worked on full-stack sidd projects, practiced DSA, and made a good "tailored" CV that gets me interview calls. But I am currently facing mixed experiences in interviews. I am able to answer a few but struggle with some questions and seek advice on how to improve. Any suggestions for this career switch are greatly appreciated! Thanks a ton

Short version:-So guys I am working as an automation tester wanted to switch to Development? Long version:- So i joined my current company as fresher.Had basic knowledge of java then was trained on java spring boot Microservices devlopment. Then put on bench for about 5 month(i actually wasted that time).Now got a project I do automation using python and selenium.I don't like doing it . So now I want to switch to development. Confused should i learn Django, Node js or should stick with java spring only. I am more inclined towards django as now i write automation script in python. And i personally feel it to be better then java (maybe cause it is easier to write).But i don't know market trends. That's why guidance needed.Thanks in advance
