Cognizant 1% Increment

I was seeing a post where Cognizent was getting acquired is it full or service lines ?

For the first time in these many years, i have got a hike of only 7%, the reason stated is on going concerns in US market. But it is very difficult to digest the same as 2 years prior i got a hike of 26% and now only 7%. I feel being broke as giving an organisation your 5 years of handwork, 7% is nothing. Has anyone else faced this in 2023 ?

Heard the market is back roaring again for some. We are so coming back.

Folks, I wanted to make a prediction that most of us pretty much know already 2023 our salaries haven’t grown at all. Across my group of friends at work and college, the average amount of increment I heard is close to 5%

Hi, What to do when you get a single digit bonus but no hike when you have worked hard throughout the year on multiple things and had a decent rating and related discussions. In a state of both surprise and shock,really don’t know how to go about the same. Any help/thoughts would be highly appreciated. Thanks
