Roast my Idea | End-to-End Support for Job Seekers

Guys, do you know anyone who is providing end-to-end support in job search. What I'm looking for is someone who can search job, apply for those, coordinate with HR and my only job is to give interview. Also help me in salary negotiation and interview preparation

So I have been unemployed for ~2 months now and wanting to do something on my own that is fun, fulfilling and has a scope for monetization I realised during my job hunt that most recruiters (3P) are clueless about the hiring requirements of the job and usually cold call/ randomly generate leads through basic LinkedIn search. Most of the folks eventually don't hear from them later because they profile didn't fit the need( obviously!) While not doubting their skills, I realised head hunting could be much more targeted through better classification of JDs and candidates and recruiters could save time both for them and candidates through better screening while improving conversions... I'm planning to build a marketplace of sorts aimed at matching jr to mid level tech talent with JDs( you know how generic and open ended they can be!) I want to start this entire service as free for the current yr at least given the job scenario and later monetize through recruiters and TAs I have mostly figured out most of the workflows and can get the MVP ready in a couple of days worth of dev work but what I'm skeptical is whether candidates might feel data security as an issue( something that leads to a shrinking candidate pool to pick from) Feel free to leave your thoughts/ critiques/ feedbacks; good or bad both are welcome Thanks for your time and double thanks if you took time to comment :)

Hey Folks I got recently impacted by layoff.I have experience in Analytics in ML. Need some guidance on how to leverage online platform more effectively for job search. My current actions are follows:- 1. Naukri : Should I kept it as service notice period or shall I put that I am current available to join in 15 days? 2. Linkedin : I am reaching out to post openings less than 24 hours using hashtags like #openings #analytics #immediate joiners My Profile : 8 YOE( relevant to ML 5 YOE) Will appreciate all your valuable suggestions/feedback/alternate strategy/hacks to overcome this phase of my life.

Hey folks, What methodology do you follow when you want to apply for a job? Like is it cold mailing, career pages , stalking hr , Glassdoor, naukri , linkedin, etc. What is your strategy and how do you track it. What is the success % (converted,interview,total applied)

Hello guys; I have been actively applying to job/internship openings on LinkedIn (It might have reached 50+ by now) but what I get is either they ghost me, or reject me. There's only 1 or 2 companies where I actually received a response but even they ghosted me after submitting practice assignment. Also; the rejection mail of each company is the same so I am starting to think that most of the jobs are automated by bots or something. Can anyone suggest an active job search platform where employers post the role with the intention to hire employees, even look through the candidate's resume and respond instead of ghosting?

Idea is simple - connecting real vacancies to the relevant candidates You can check in morning or evening, and apply to those applicable (do put in a message to that person) P.S. I have been seeing people complaining how referrals,carrer portals,emails,linkedin etc ,none of these are helping them get shortlisted or get an offer. So for people(or their friends)whose organization are hiring or did hire people, which route is being taken. Though I want to know in context of freshers but I think any experience level will be nice as it will help other people too. Thank you.
