HCL or Amazon?

Will probably be offered Technical Architect role as per the job description and current profile. Presently at 25lpa and being asked to move to Bangalore for 31lpa (have not completed HR round yet) Did I lowball myself? Not sure which band this role would fit in. Any expert opinion(s) from gentle folks?

Hey Folks, I need your help to understand the Pay scale structure at Amazon and the range they would offer for the role that I have been selected for My Background YOE - 7 Years Location - Bangalore Current Overall is 26LPA+ Current Salary Structure is 75% Fixed & 25% Variable Pay+ ESOPs Middle Management at Startups Profile - Sales/ Biz Dev & Revenue Operations No PostGrad yet Graduation from Tier 1 Commerce College I understand people would have the views about WLB & Culture at Amazon, I am more keen on exploring Amazon as an organisation for soft landing after having worked 7+ years in High Growth and Hustle Culture at Startups I am yet to receive the offer letter from Amazon HR, I need help to understand the following - Salary Range for L5 Roles @ Amazon (I've been told they are from (25-40 LPA) - Hike % I can share with HR folks, that won't be a deterrent for them ( Example I am looking forward to a 60%+ on Fixed and 30+% on overall as a bare minimum) - Also how is the CTC structure at Amazon, do they include Gratuity/Benefits/Allowances as a part of the CTC - Range for ESOPs/Shares at Amazon, since they don't have a variable pay structure If you're in Bangalore, Beer(s) 🍺 on me, if we crack this well :)

Hey everyone! I'm currently working as a senior analytics guy (overall work experience of ~5.5 years) and am looking for a switch. Here are the 2 options that I have for now: 1. Amazon (BA II) offering a fixed of 32L, to join in Hyderabad for a team where majority people sit out of Seattle. 2. Bolt (a startup based out of Estonia, primarily dealing in ride sharing, food delivery and others) offering ~€70k annually as fixed compensation (relocation sponsored). Currently a bit confused as I haven't heard really great reviews about Amazon, but at the same time don't know how the move to relocate internationally for the first time will work. Did a light research on salary and cost of living in Estonia, and found out that this is a pretty good number to get. Does anyone have any idea either about how WLB is at Amazon or at Bolt? What would be a better move here? (Bolt offering the role of an Analytics lead)

Hi, currently working in Infosys (3+YOE) thinking to move to HCL. Want to understand how is HCL ? Work life balance? Stability? How is the management and also want to know how much percent of variable pay I can get which is mentioned in ctc(12 LPA). And lastly should I work here or just continue with Infy for sometime and try to switch to product or startup. Thank you.

I am a 2023 cse grad ,i have 2 offers ,which one should I join 1) tredence analytics, associate data scientist CTC:12l Base :7.44,var:56k, joining bonus given after 1year :2l, performance bonus:2l given after 1.5years 2)Tejas networks:R&D sde CTC:10l Base:9.7l ,var:30k I am open to both development and data roles, whichever offers more growth and opportunities in future as both the the packages are similar with minute difference

TCS dev role with digital package or Amazon support role with much better package? I have only 1 year of experience and I'm confused in this situation. As per my interest, I'm definitely willing to be in development career but my question is if I go for support role then will I be able to upskill and make a switch to dev role later? Is it a good idea in terms of my career growth to go for support role in Amazon?

As per one of the team members, they usually work for ~7-8 hours per day. Uber: Same case here (~7-8 hours per day). Criteria: Company culture Amazon: As you know Uber: As you know Criteria: Stock growth Amazon: I expect good growth, if not, at least stable value. Uber: Worried here, as it is highly volatile. Hi guys, Got selected for react role in service based company. The hr said he will be rolling out the offer Already have an offer Capgemini 8lpa Another offer from startup 7.8lpa Photon maximum 8lpa they can give if I don't join photon after accepting offer letter they said to pay 10% of offered CTC. Is it normal? also said me to forward the Capgemini and startup company offer letter to them. Current role in tcs: process associate and designation is bpo2. Offered roles are developer.
