Infosys selection process.
Hello,
I went through 2 tech interviews and an hr discussion. After the hr discussion it's been 4 Weeks now, and I have not received the offer letter. The status of the application shows "decision Pending". Is this normal for infosys to make such delays in giving offer letter. What should I do?

Yes it is normal in infy. But surprising factor is that , in my case after 3 rounds of interview they came back and said we will again interview you and then will select you. But later after taking 2 more rounds they rejected me.

Its normal in Infosys. They can keep candidates on hold while they are interviewing or doing salary negotiations with other selected candidates and keep on jold as back up if earlier ones fall through.

I got rejected after the 2nd interview (I wouldn't blame them though, I wound't have selected me because the damn HR scheduled the interview in the morning and my Brain just refuses to work in the morning). It took a week or two before I got the rejection email. Anyhow did you have to give up all your details and current offer just for the interview?

Hi All,
My job application at Infosys has been showing ‘Pending for Internal Review’ for the past two days. Does anyone know how long this process typically takes? Is there anything else I can do, like reaching out to HR for an update?
Application stuck in Infosys at Shortlisted after screening
Screening is green and after it " shortlisted After screening" is in orange. What can I expect. It's been like this for 2 weeks now
