GMAT&MBA query

How important is it to get an MBA for an overall network and growth perspective? I have an experience of 3 years at a series A startup, I now feel my growth flatlining. Would it be better if I go for an MBA or if I go to a different startup? My profile is not the best in terms of grades (not bad either but 90% in 10th and 12th and 7 CGPA in college- BA Hons) Will ISB admit be possible given I crack a great GMAT score? I’m unsure if the Acads will hamper it. Please upvote so that it reaches relevant folks for help. Thanks!

It’s quite expensive to pursue one, but I’m worried not doing it will stagnate my career long term. Any views on whether I should apply (4yrs work experience currently, have worked in a boutique consulting firm previously). Any help will be sincerely appreciated!!

Hello community, I'm planning for the GMAT and wanted to know how you guys prepared for the same. Any advice on planning? What should be the score to aim if I want to get into the top 10 B schools in the US? Not very confident about my english/quant/exam writing skills as it's been 6 years since I prepared for IIT JEE (last competitive exam). Would love to hear if you have similar experiences

Are there a lot of differences between 1 year and 2 year mba? How is the career growth for 1 year MBA as compared to the 2 year one? Network? Placements? Talking about tier 1 colleges for both. And also, for a GEM, how much experience is too high for 2 year MBA?

Are there any grapeviners out there who have gotten admissions into tier 1 MBA institutes? Can you help me out with some advice - i’m looking to attempt the CAT and GMAT later this year and am from a marketing and creative background. What was your study / coaching situation like? Did you go to coaching classes and which ones are good? Are online coaching classes good, did any of you take that?

Hi Good People of Grapevine , I recently gave GMAT and got a score of 770, PFB other details 10th-72% 12th-60% Grad-BBA(71%) Work ex- 7+ years Please suggest what are chances to get in Top colleges such as Harvard, Stanford etc what are my other options?

Hi, Need some advice guys. I am currently working in oracle as a software developer since 2 years. I like the work but I want to expand my horizon and move into management roles and am interested in doing a global MBA from a reputed institute preferably Ivy League. But I was told by someone that the global market is very bad and to get roles like Management Consultant and PE/VC, I need some finance/analytics background. So should I switch to same role in a bank like Goldman Sachs to get little finance knowledge. Please let me know if this information is true. Thanks.

Hey everyone. I have an experience of around 3 years a d currently with my MBA plans. I want do my MBA from Tier 1 college (atleast top 50) because I graduated from Tier 3 college. Should I try for ISB or go abroad. Should it be 1 year or 2 year? I have a lot of questions like these. Please share your suggestions. It would be helpful to many.
