Start by watching Psych2Go videos on youtube, this way your expectations will be tempered. Ask your friends to set you up, if that doesnt work create a profile on a dating app. Dont be afraid to ask out someone from your office either. Just dont do it within your team, that can get weird if it doesnt work out.

Also a 23M here. Dated 2 girls only to find out they weren't interested in me. Wouldn't advise dating especially in Bengaluru. Girls here consume content that has fucked up their minds (Korean, feminist, etc type of shit). If you date someone like this, chances are you will be broken and will start to question every decision you took.
