Intuit vs Servicenow?

Hi, wanted to compare a couple of offers which I have just received after being affected with layoffs .Please let me know your opinion Old CTC - 75L(with stocks combined) YOE - 7 Harness Offer - 52L base + 1900 stock units(Around 40 lacs) + Bonus 5l - Total 97L Intuit offer for SSE - 44L base + 72K USD stocks for 4 years (14l/ year) + 6L(variable bonus) - Total 62L I understand there's a huge difference between the two offers but in the current market situation which one is the better option considering Intuit stock has some upside as well. Also, heard some bad things about the culture at Harness . Is Intuit lowballing me or it can go higher? Also do harness stocks have good potential in the current situation? Recently I gave an interview for an sr software quality engineer. What should I ask for CTC wise not sure how much my ask should be. Round 1: selected Round 2: selected Round 3: With Hiring Manager selected HR negotiation: that's what is left. ________ I also gave an interview for serviceNow. For IC2 | SQA Round 1: Selected. Round 2: it's Tomorrow. I'm positive I can clear this as well. Any suggestions/advice about what my pay should look like is welcome. Also additionally any tips on the types of questions asked in round 2 of serviceNow are welcome. Thanks guys!

I have experience of around 3.5 years. I am working in capgemini currently and I’m serving notice period. Currently I’m getting 6.2 (fixed) + 30k (variable) and is my 2nd company. I’m location bounded currently and I can only work from noida. Shall I join accenture or should I look for another offer for better salary. Thanks for the suggestions.

Hello friends, Can you please help me in deciding between these 2 offers: Trigent Software: -35lpa: all fixed, (it feels can go upto 36) -Service based but hiring for good client who is there from last more than 5 years and will be there for another atleast 5 years according to them -25 years old company -1300 employees Inito(product based startup): 30 + 2(esops over 4 years, so we can assume 30.5) -This got started in 2015 but still having only around 110 employees -Out of 110, 32 from IITs...so good people are there Yoe: 4.3 Thanks in advance!
