Anyone know about personal allowance in salary component of TCS ?

My base is 20lpa but the break up of salary looks like this Basic - 8,00,004 HRA - 3,20,004 Bonus - 0 Special allowance - 8,54,384 EPF - 21,600 how much will get in hand?

CTC - 21.5 lpa Fixed - 16 lpa Joining Bonus - 4 Relocation - 1.5 Also tell me which regime to follow and how to save tax

Hello friends, PFA the compensation sheet for 25 lpa CTC for TCS. Can some please help me to calculate approx take home salary? Please consider 1.5 lacs standard 80C deduction and 26000 as HRA per month. No other deductions apart from mentioned in the sheet.

I am getting this allowance which seems to be a retirement fund. I checked with others at Infosys and they are getting it too. Anyone knows why companies add such allowance in CTC?
