1.16 -1.2 something. Mine is 20 also but i get 1.35 after taxes. Have opted for 1.8k epf

A personal suggestion: opt for 10% of Basic instead of 1.8k for EPF, if you can manage with a little less in hand. You'll start accumulating good corpus.
