PM role at PayPal

Hi, I have been offered a PM role at Paytm. My overall experience is 6 yrs with >2 yrs in Product. The CTC they are offering is 40 LPA which is a 30% hike. In current company culture and wlb is good. If anyone can suggest, Is it lower/higher than market standards and how's the culture and wlb in Paytm Product team?

What is going salary for freshers in product roles these days? (Both Product Analyst and Associate Product Manager roles)
