Two PF from two different companies

I’ve been working from home for the past 3 years and recently received an offer from another company but it’s night shift. Both full time opportunities - will there be any implication during pf withdrawal later since I will be receiving 2 deposits. Curious

I have resigned from my current company which is fully remote. They have put me on the bench while I serve notice period and I have nothing to do till my Last Working Day in September. I have an offer from a company which is again fully remote. Should I join this new company from August while serving the notice period with the current company? Would there be any short term or long term complications? Tax, PF?

I resigned from my current company and my LWD is on 10th Jan. The new company I'm joining gave me a joining date of 8th Jan with the clause that I'll only be eligible for joining bonus if I join on or before 8th Jan. My question is can I join the new company before my LWD? My current company is not cooperating to reduce my notice period by 2 days. I guess the joining company did this on purpose so that they can skip on the joining bonus. What could be done here?

I have two offers and I am planning to do both of them: 8LPA and 9LPA. In what case company could know this. And what are tax implications? Should I choose new or old regime. This is cash components.

But the new company wanted immediate joining and I had to join the new one and I was also serving notice in period in previous company. So this led to 2 months overlap in my epfo history which is now affecting my BGV when I am trying to switch. Please help the fellow lady techie, as I have no idea what to do :(

Hey guys, After 8 months of unemployment I finally received a job offer from 3rd party outsourcing company but they are not deducting PF from any employee. Is this problematic for the next switch? Client I will be working is big service based company Thank you guys for reading till here and help

I am a 2024 grad. I got to know that my org has 3 month notice period. I have talked with 2-3 seniors, I got to know that they don't let go before 3 months and don't offer buy out. The CTC is not that good also (8.3 LPA). My background - new IIT CSE, 500+ question on leetcode, knight in leetcode, specialist in codeforces, have projects in go backend, intership in spring boot, sql tech stack. Had to take this offer as I didn't cheat in on campus placement and less companies were visiting my campus. My job location is in Chennai, I have done internship there. I do not like the weather there and my org says that I have to go there only. I want to do a early switch(weather+low ctc). Many peeps from WITCH do switch despite having 3 month notice period. Can someone guide me what to do in this situation. Do I have no other option than staying in this company ? Please enlighten me all software engineers 🙏🏻🙏🏻
