First run after six months
Boy I’m tired. I need better shoes. I was running with my non marking shoes.
I want to start running. But my Shins kill me everytime. How can I reduce this pain?
Warm up well. Do toe walks, heel walks, high knees, butt kicks, hamstring scoops, spider-man stretches, broad jumps, bunny hops, and one light 150m run before your actual run
Wow.... There are so many things to warm up with? I used to just start pushing my 1ton body on my poor legs.. thank you for the tips.
Why are you running with non marking shoes? You'll end up wearing them out quick. Suggest you to get running shoes if you wish to do this regularly.
