Hello from a salesman

One of the old employees dropped a bomb of an e-mail against the entire leadership of PhonePe Mass Offline leadership addressing about mental harassment, hostile comments, threatening to sack, and pushing employees to have no work life balance. This mail was sent to the Founder Sameer Nigam and the HR Head.

what do you guys do when you’ve always performed well and suddenly you’re given a shitty product with no support from the management and as a result you lose your magic touch ? how do you deal with the frustration and how do you bounce back ? In two minds to quit or stay . Quit cause the stress to be great again isn’t worth the benefits and it feels like the whole company has no care for this program. stay cause of my ego where I want to prove that I still can sell whatever shit you force me to go through.

I’m really curious to know what exactly the Marketing Team does cause in the previous two organisations that I worked at , The Marketing Dept was kinda meh. So I wanted to know if it’s the case everywhere or does an actual good Marketing Team exist as the ones I’ve interacted with their lead generation and marketing was trash.

Not an Anti India or Indian hating post but I work in sales and I’ve discovered that Indians act so entitled as if they’re some high and mighty royals who have transcended from heavens above when interacting with anyone who’s calling them after they themselves requesting for it. Half the times these dumb clowns can’t even articulate 2 sentences together in English and struggle to understand what you try and tell them but act like they know it all. We’ve got to clean up our act as customers and human beings before we make a bigger mockery of ourselves than what’s already out there. No wonder we’re categorised as the cheap hooligan crowd outside.

Who all are in the process of Buildd's Founder's office role? They gave an assignment first, then 2 rounds of interviews and as next steps, they gave another assignment and 1 more round of interview -_- What the hell! Pay karte time, they will say itna hi budget hai etc. and abhi itne bade bade assignments free me karwa rahe!!!
