Market standard for hike in product based companies.

Hello folks who may have got hikes and who give hikes. As a manager, for a services based company what does a standard market hike rate look like? What does it look like in tech? Context - my reportees are demanding hikes- what should I actually take as a market reference and what variables should I base this decision on

Just curious to know what are the hike percentages given employees who are highly paid? Is 10% considered a good hike for top performers with such salaries?

What's the average annual hike at your org ? I know it depends on performance and all, but still there's gotta be range. Asking from a dev standpoint, but would like to know others as well. At my company, it's around 10-15 %(mid size company, not a startup).
