Hiring generalist interns/freshers for operations, Delhi NCR based startup (hybrid work)
Doesn't matter which college you're from, or even if you're a dropout. Pay budget is 10k per month, can be 15-20k after probation period, or if you're experienced. Some experience in e-commerce is preferred. Ideal candidate would be someone willing to work across domains as a generalist with one or two core specialisations, and wants to work long term (2-3 years or more). Need to visit office 2-3 days a week, 6-8 hours of work (both are flexible depending on workload, we don't like keeping people busy/in office for the sake of it).
