Hi all smart folks out there, I have been wondering for so long as to why did Indmoney's growth stagnate?  They were the first one to launch a comprehensive financial tool and had a freemium model for Advisory. 


What all have been the reasons? And if you used to be a user of the app, what made you stop using it?

What is your advise when it comes to investment via apps? Do you invest through the same app or distribute investments across multiple apps? For example, if I want to invest in SIPs, is it good to do so through a single app or use different apps for different SIPs?  I know the overall investment amount remains the same but just wanted to know pros and cons if any. App suggestions welcome too.

Hii everyone,
I am currently using Paytm money as broker, bit it has too much of charges. Also find it less reliable for future in the Paytm's current scenerio. I want to switch to some other demat, with less charges and good reliability. I mostly trade in delivery and the total amount invested limits to 2-3 lpa. Any suggestions?

PS- I have been using zerodha was very much satisfied with the app ,till they change the details page for stock.Earlier it was ticker but now it is Tijori which is much harder to navigate the details as UI is not that good as earlier in Ticker.

Zerodha vs Groww

I'm a total newbie at investments, especially when it comes to the stock market (equity or mutual funds). I'm wanting to start my journey in this direction with mutual funds, so I can gradually understand the dynamics at work.
I'd like to know which platform is good for a beginner to start their investment journey (with mutual funds as the starting point). I've come across multiple apps (Paytm money, upstox, growww etc.) as well as the regular bank/AMC apps.
Which platform is advisable for ease and convenience, with things like ease of buying/selling, customer support, market insights and so forth?

A good investment platform for a beginner?

Context : I have been saving up money for over a year now and not actively invested it anywhere due to x reasons.

Now I want to start SIPs as I have achieved my emergency fund and want to reap the benefits of the power of compounding.

Q.1) Which apps offer the option of one time lumpsum + continuing the monthly SIP in a fund?
(Lumpsum to makeup for what I failed to do last year) Is what I am thinking the best strategy and practical? if not, please suggest

Q.2) Recommend me an app with a good customer support team , good number of fund options to invest and have hassle free deposits and withdrawals ?

PS: I have downloaded Groww and I don't see it offering many funds to invest into.

I've got a pitch for a new investment app with a strong team and idea looks decent. However my biggest concern is consumer stickiness. 

Taking myself as an example, I've been a zerodha user for as long as I remember, kite & coin both. Even though I've been hearing good things about Groww, I don't feel like shifting my whole portfolio ( taking the headache associated with migrating & monitoring a new app) all for better UI. 

So, would you guys, use a new investment app?
