I'm scared to join Accenture based on the information I came to know about the company regarding excessive work and no time for family. No weekend time with family. Work for 11 12 hours per day. What should I do ? Please suggest
I will say don't join Accenture. Worst management, worst HR system, politics and politics

If it’s an urgent need or you are under crisis, join it else look for other options. I know my friend’s wife was totally harassed even after spending this working hours. Now she was asked to resign by next month.
