Pension introduced..!!Private sector frowns ??
Now that govt has introduced back the pension for central govt employees... The private sector has started to suck just a lil more now. 😠P.S. I know it seems kinda childish, but the human nature of getting jealous with others' growing is kinda realistic. It is what it is. Not saying anything's wrong with it, though.
Most govt jobs are :
1. Not so interesting desk jobs .
2. Management mgmt stuff at higher levels.
3. Can't switch...most don't.
4. Election duty ka risk at times.
5. Pay is not as what you can get in private market
6. Growth is almost stagnant.
7. Way too much of politics.
8. People aren't there because they have interest in the field but because they want the valour of a govt job.
9. Transfers from one place to another at times.
Pvt Mai :
1. Salary better.
2. Waha pe sarkari naukar the, yaha par bhi naukar hi hai...but aap apna boss chun skate ho.
3. Pay scale kafi zyada ho sakta hai.
4. You can pick a city here and then a job unlike for govt jobs.
Waha transfer rokne ke liye ghus deni padegi.
5. Can grow comparatively better.
6. Varity of job opportunities.
7. Yes lay offs and ye sab ka risk is always there but if you are skilled enough and luck is with you.... it's worth taking the risk.
Abb dekh lo.....I personally feel private is better. Quality of work and peers is also high atleast at my work place in general.
Govt job hoti toh pata nahi...roz shirt pehen ke jata kahi, kisi table or baithta wood ke...pata nahi kya karta .... personally for me...Pvt is better..
Udhar bhale hi Pension aa gayi hai, but Paisa toh still yahi hai atleast in my profession. Toh chill hai abhi tak toh.
Beautifully written. With all the cons private jobs have, quality of work and peers at even average companies beat the government jobs anyday. Also, to build something real instead of scamming the public is an added moral bonus.
Most sarkari babus I've seen just live to mark their attendance and push work to each other.
I agree on all the points.
Still, pvt sector employees have to plan and save for retirals, something that's gonna stay in your head till your last day of retirement, maybe even after that. That's something govt sector have one less thing to worry about.

It’s not jealousy bcz other person is growing.
Any patriotic person who knows a little about economy, budget, debt will frown at this idiotic decision.
Since INDI alliance used this as one of the tool to get votes , and win elections, BJP too is doing the same at national level.
Idiotic politicians with short term view and no vision for the nation in charge of finance of the govt with ruin the nation.
