PwC is aggressively poaching Oracle security professionals. I've received three calls from different HR of PwC

Hello Folks , I need some advice making a critical decision,I recently received an offer from PWC and after my negotiation HR told me that 35 percentage of hike on my base pay is the best she can do and this take it leave offer .I took it but now my current company Accenture is ready to match this offer few people at top level are willing to offer me same as part of promotion what I will be getting in PwC will it be wise to switch to PWC even if they are able to match my offer with PWC?

Hi friends I have 13 plus years of experience and am currently working on another big 4 for 4 years as sap sd manager. I am negotiating with pwc who is only giving 26per hike on my current fixed. No talk about variables and bands etc. How good or bad is the offer?

Hi everyone,i am working in PwC Oracle ERP domain right now and have 2.5 YOE (functional not technical )in the same role but i feel that Oracle ERP is not that great and do not wish to continue further in the same and want to switch to either Data analyst role or to SDE role in big tech.But, I am not sure about my interests and one of the main reasons i would want to switch to the above roles is the opportunities that are present as well because Oracle ERP pay is decent enough but work life balance is not great and when something does not interest you much i feel at-least wlb should be there. A much needed advice from the public would be helpful here if they have knowledge about the scope of oracle and how do i transition and gain relevant skills to Data analyst or SDE while still working in PwC. Recently got a job offer from one of the big 4 companies and was wondering if now is a good time to switch. My current job is a dead end job with no scope for growth at all.

Is any of the big 4’s actively hiring for consultants except Deloitte? If yes then whats the best way to get your application to HR, applying through portal doesn’t seem to help.
