How much hike does Wipro give when we change the band from B2 to B3?

I have got an offer of 27 lpa from ibm. My current salary is 20 lpa and the company is wipro. Tech stack is Java spring boot aws. Yoe - 9. Is this a good opportunity or do I need to grab any other offers?

Will probably be offered Technical Architect role as per the job description and current profile. Presently at 25lpa and being asked to move to Bangalore for 31lpa (have not completed HR round yet) Did I lowball myself? Not sure which band this role would fit in. Any expert opinion(s) from gentle folks?

I got an offer of 58% on my current CTC, But I deciding not to join. I have dropped my papers. After 6 months, I will try for jobs. Will get more hike, at that time it will be 3 years. Now, my manager wants me to have a meeting for counter offer. How much % hike they will provide, if they retain me?

How much percentage of hike can I ask for switching to Accenture as I have 7.3 years of experience for Data engineer role and 14.2 LPA fixed package. Can I ask for 60-70% of fixed hike which is around 22.5 L - 23.5 L fixed or even more ? Your suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There’s this chap on GV who posted that they haven’t received any calls for the past 3 months. Has 2.5 years experience with a current ctc around 15L. We spoke to them only to realise their expectations are 32L (26 fixed and 6 in esops) In a market flooded with resumes due to unfortunate situations, is it fair to have such an expectation and at the same time, call out on GV that they haven’t been getting calls for an interview?

What % of hike we can expect if switching in Big4 as per latest recruitment drives? Ex. Senior consultant in SAP. CTC: 12-15 LPA Switching from EY GDS to Deloitte USI.
