I got an offer outside 58% hike but not interested to join.

currently I work in an ai consulting company (<40 folks) with 20+ lpa salary. recently I got an offer from a big mnc bank for around 15% hike on my total ctc. I informed my current org yesterday and they have countered me with a 20% hike now. I am confused on what to choose. ps: I have ~5 yoe.

I joined Accenture in 2021 at l10 and got promoted in 2022 June to l9 with 30%. After that dint get any increment in salary(only 3% once ) like most of my project colleagues. Now i got an offer with 30% hike but my managers are asking me to stay back,though they won't give me any promotion or increment in June cycle asnit is already locked ( that's what they are saying) but they are assuring me that they will match my offer in two cycles ( major % in dec cycle and remaining June 2025 cycle. Also ,they don't want to give anything in writing and want me to trust them. What should I do ,trust them and stay back or switch with 30% hike. I have total 9yeo and the new organisation is an Indian mnc. Plus I have a good repo here in Accenture and a good work life balance.

The company I used to work for recently shut down and I just received my first offer from a sizeable unicorn. I am being massively low-balled (20% cut). And on top of it, it's an exploding offer. Background: I work in a D2C consumer product startup, we have an in-house website and a growing tech team of 7 people. The whole business team is 100+. I'm a '23 grad from a tier 1 engineering college. I joined the company back in September when the job market was at the bottom and I had to take a 40% pay cut (21LPA to 12LPA) (while switching (the last company ran out of funding). I was at a higher than avg base in my previous role but the current role is 20% below the average. (15LPA) The company is in a growth stage and lots of processes are yet to be defined which leads to a lot of chaos but I get a lot of freedom as well. My manager is aware of the whole situation and we had also negotiated a 6-month review for ESOP allotment. My monthly reviews have been going well and we have shipped some good improvements and features over the last few months.

Hey folks, so I am a 2022 graduate and I'll try to make this short as much as possible: * I was giving interview at a company for backend dev * Over the period got promoted from MTS to SMTS with CTC correction from 12.8 to 14.74 at my current company * Last Friday did the cultural fitment round * After following up got a call from HR saying they'll update me by this weekend * However I updated her with the information regarding role change and CTC correction * Now she asked what'll be your expectations * First, she asked whether I could shift with the same CTC, but I was hesitant, she took it as no. * I asked what is your range? She said there is no range * I told her as per market standard, she said I'll take 30% to herself as of now So I need help here: * what can I tell her? Or should I tell her something before the weekend or not? * Should I ask her if it'll be senior role as I am a SMTS now? Also, this is the current salary range as per Glassdoor of this company: * Sr. backend: 25 * SDE: 15 + 6 Additional info for my current company: * My manager said that my base will be matched with SMTS in April which is 18-24 * Also heard the news that the company will not give appraisal to anyone in April

Hello everyone, Wanted opinion on the following offer I received right now from an ed-tech startup in gurgaon. My experience, 1YOE UiUx, Place- Delhi Current Salary 5.04LPA (All fixed and 5 day week office) What they are offering is 6LPA (90% fixed, 10% variable - based on performance, to be paid every quater, alternate saturday working) And I'll have to shift to gurgaon for the job. Is the offer good or what should I negotiate. I have to confirm it soon, since they want me to join by monday.
