Walking friendly Formal Shoes

So, I successfully found a way to escape Bangalore Traffic :) I stay near a metro and thankfully my office is closer to the metro, there is a need to walk 2.5-3kms everyday My work demands me to be in formals everyday, so I wear formal shoes. But it's incredibly hard walking a lot with formal shoes. I am looking for a shoe, which is formal as well as a support walk-in. It can be formal shoes or formal shoes looking shoes Appreciate all your suggestions
