3x Salary between 2014-2024

While we see a 10 yoe person is getting easily 30L now compared to a dream 10L back then in 2014;Why do we see people complaining about zero or minimal hike this year?Is the goal to say a 10 yoe person should get 50L?Dollar vs INR reasons?

Just curious to understand from others and pacify my inner sense:)

If your increment is less than 7% then you are earning less than last year due to inflation.

Are we charging clients the same in 2014 and 2024?.. OR less money due to market conditions?
Why blame the market and give no hikes annually at least to beat inflation.

If you earn 20+ LPA, what do you spend on?

Recently started earning and honestly living a comfortable life with a much lower salary than most people talk about. Doing the math, I don't see myself needing more than 18L-24L in hand to save and continue living comfortable (but I am ...

Rich through SIP in MFs, it's a myth.

90% people invest around 10K to 15K per month in MF through SIP and remain invested for 5 to 6 years. Even with 12 to 15% CAGR, the corpus is too small to create any asset. Is it worth it. I wonder.
