Not getting interview calls.

Hello, trying to switch, applying on naukari for now But not getting any calls I have 3 years of experience majorly in backend development with main language Java What should be the expected salary, given that there are lay offs and stuff....

Hey everyone, I’m currently looking for a job switch as currently my position in the organisation is not quite good to stay. So I have to join somewhere asap. I’m actively applying and looking for new job Role as front end developer. I’m trying to apply actively on Naukri and LinkedIn . Plus also applied through referrals in few companies. But I don’t know why I am not getting any calls for the interview. I have 1.9 months of experience with infosys plus 6 months internship in Cognizant. I’m quite worried now as I’m not receiving any calls, is there something I’m doing wrong. Please anyone can help me by suggesting something which can lend me calls for interview. Can analyse my resume and see if it’s correctly aligned or not? Or normally things like this take more time than this, I’m being impatient?

I have 12 years of experience in software development. Worked on mainframes. Recently completed My business analytics course from India's prestigious institute. I practiced a lot and developed a few solutions on GenAI. But I am not getting a call in Naukri. Can you suggest what steps I can take to get Interview calls?

Hey guys, I have been updating over various job portals but its been 1 month I am not getting any calls!!! Worried!

These days it seems like job openings are really less . There aren't significant calls coming from naukri portal. How many of you have a similar opinion and what is your strategy/work around to this situation?

I have been aggressively applying for jobs in the last 2 months however I have not even received 1 interview call. I have spoken to others and they have told me that it should be my resume. I am bad at writing or self promotion which is essential in making first impression. After not getting any calls I am comprehending wether to get resume writes in LinkedIn to help me, I feel job hunting should be a complete self job rather than outsourcing part of it, maybe I am out of touch as my last job hunt happened 6 years ago. Any advice is much appreciated.
