Should I invest in buying home in Bangalore ?

We have a family income of 45L in Bangalore still don’t feel that we can afford a 3bhk in Bangalore. I’m not sure who is able to afford these houses. I calculated an emi of 75k per month for 1cr loan and I’m not okay to pay it. Is it super inflated market? Am I missing something? Is my income not good enough? Are the returns exceptionally well? What’s the catch. Please educate me folks on this entire real estate games At this pace, will never be able to purchase a house🥲

New in Bangalore (just a year) Is it a good time to buy a property in Bangalore? If we want to look for a good 3/4 BHK, which areas should we target? Also, what should be the budget we can consider, based on the current market? My spouse and I have close to 95L to 1Cr in savings and investments. We can easily manage around 1Lac or more in EMI per month. Family can help more, it needed. Thanks.

I have already paid the booking amount but still want to make sure I am making the right decision.

I live in Pune and travel to Bangalore often. I want to purchase house in Pune 2/3bhk but I don’t know if I would be able to stay in it as my job is insecure 😕 I am 40, have some savings of around 40L, hold about 50L in markets. Would it be a good bet to buy 1.4Cr flat? Is it a right decision? PS: what I understand all market projects are running sold out!

I have a budget of 1cr. I’d probably stay there for as long as I have to go to office. But that could change at some point. I am not a Bangalore native so I will go back to my native place. So I’d like to buy in good areas where it can actually be a good investment too. What builders to target? What areas to target? Any bad experience you’ve had with any builders or anything that you’d like to share.

Planning to buy a house. I'm confused about what should be the max price range I should be targeting for. I was okay with going till 2 cr since I would be able to do 40% down-payment and take loan for 15 years whose monthly EMI wouldn't be more than 1/3rd of my monthly in hand salary. But after talking to few folks, realized that people are actually okay going for costlier properties. People who bought house in last 3-4 years, what % down-payment did you do and what % of your in hand salary is your EMI?

Me and my wife are 30 years old software engineer with no kids. Draw 7 lac a month please some yearly bonus. We invest 2 lac a month combined into equity market through mutual funds. Expenses: 1.5 lac a month including everything, lives in Bangalore in good society, owns a car, don't thing much before spending. Still after everything left with 3 lakhs every month in bank account. Not sure how to use that. We both don't have any fancy "shauk" where we can spend and hence don't have an urge to earn more. Any suggestions???
