New in Bangalore (just a year) Is it a good time to buy a property in Bangalore? If we want to look for a good 3/4 BHK, which areas should we target? Also, what should be the budget we can consider, based on the current market? My spouse and I have close to 95L to 1Cr in savings and investments. We can easily manage around 1Lac or more in EMI per month. Family can help more, it needed. Thanks.

Try near ORR, constructions is going on, once finished good connectivity
If that’s the case I’ll recommend kank pura road, straight out city, metro reaching soon, okaying traffic and good highways
Rent for now. You have been here just a year. Keep exploring the city. In your budget, many options could be available. Keep in mind metro connectivity should be a priority and the fact that property investments are not as liquid as before. So think we'll, and best of luck.

Yes, but it is not a huge rise. And your investments are yielding returns too. So even if you wait, it won't make much of a difference. Just research well.

I can see that prices are arround 1.4-1.7 cr for a decent 3bhk ( 1500+ sft ) from a good builder.
Most of the projects I have seen had occupancy after 3 years.
I liked one DSR park way, its near completion ( another 4-5 months) but the problem is there is a railway gate near project and u have to pass through it everytime.
Check for Hennur, nice growing area.. And lot if new projects coming out on the main road. But, it'll be far from the OTH office, if that'll be your office location

Varthur/Gunjur - developing community, close connectivity to ORR, great schools close by. Relatively outskirts for clean and healthy living but god forbid you have to go to Indiranagar

I refer you to the builder I'm buying from , then you earn coupon and I earn coupon, we go movie together
If it's for personal use, u have to buy close to work place. If it's for investment, bangalore east has hiked in the last few years and yield good rental roi.
I live in bangalore south and not much of an appreciation comparatively.
