How much in hand I will get

Hi All, Recently I got an offer from Accenture ( Kolkata location) in Data & AI vertical. I was interviewed in tech stacks like GenAI, AI&ML. Currently I am working in Deloitte USI and have around 6.5 yrs of experience. I am up for promotion as well but my promotion was denied this year. Not sure what will happen next year. I want to know how's the project in this vertical and job security, wlb in Accenture. Also in the offer letter variable component is mentioned from 0-27%. How's the variable scenario in Accenture. Need your honest opinions. Accenture is giving me 25LPA fixed. Thanks in advance.

I got an offer from Accenture. It says my Annual Fixed Compensation is 6.3 Lakhs. Variable Bonus isn't mentioned clearly but ranges between 0-21%. 1. Can someone help me understand how much salary I'll get in hand in Accenture? What will be the annual CTC? 2. Also, is it a good time to join Accenture? I heard people talking about random layoffs and all. My current CTC is 5LPA. Also, at the end of the year my CTC in my current organization will be 6LPA.

Hey Accenture people I need your valuable insights, i received an offer letter today the offer letter is for level 9 team lead , they offered me 21.80 as fixed and 0-27% variable , I asked for 25 fix atleast. There are few things I need to clarify first the hr said at this level this is the max fixed they can give is this true , if anyone at level 9 have more fixed than this please let me know. I have experience of around 3.5 years. I am working in capgemini currently and I’m serving notice period. Currently I’m getting 6.2 (fixed) + 30k (variable) and is my 2nd company. I’m location bounded currently and I can only work from noida. Shall I join accenture or should I look for another offer for better salary. Thanks for the suggestions.
