Like all answers it depends. Copypasta style app - in under 10 lakhs Product & UX research backed - a crore & more More importantly the building the frontend of Andoir & iOS is one piece of the puzzle. You'll need to build the backend & its infra and that is going to be a beast of a cost. Good luck!
