Need Help

I am working as a Software Engineer and aspiring to get promotion to Senior Software Engineer. My manager who use to support me went on a sabbatical, now my team is getting changed for second time in 3 months and the team I was working in from 1 year and wanting to be Team Lead of is sidelining me as I will be moving to new team now. It’s getting tough for me to take lead of anything and people around are not supportive of me being Team Lead even after knowing I am capable of it.. What should I di, should I just keep head down and wait for manager to return and rant to him or just keep poking everyone and snatch ky rights of Team Lead and stay in same team and refuse to change team

I recently left a job because of toxic workplace. I survived seven years (yes, 7 years) there and it was toxic af. The team is full of under qualified mediocres who are ready to lick my boss' feet 24*7 (even till personal level)...I had enough of it and decided to quit. Even during my notice period there was a lot of drama and false allegations that I did not give any handover to the team. I escalated it and looped in my HR with all evidences. Now since I have left, they hired two more people as my replacement but still badly stuck (which they deserve). My relieving letter is stuck because my boss refused to sign my no-dues because of her ego.

As a UX designer, I struggled with an accounting feature due to lack of knowledge and specs. Despite help, the process felt wrong. My boss suggested I might not be suited for this role and should rethink my career choice. How do I respond?

Joined as a management trainee in a city I went to for the first time (totally different culture, language issues etc), had a very poor performing team (at times unethical sales practices), made a few personnel changes. New person who joined has great contacts in the market and is helping me grow. Now my boss says it's all because of his connections and experience, what have you done? When the team was bad, I was incompetent, when the team is good, they are good what am I doing? Is this fair?

I recently changed my job, 3-4 months back. It was a hard time finding a good job profile with good offer, after almost a year of searching amd giving interviews i found my current job. Luckily, my interviews were very good and i was offered more than what i had asked. After joining team, i realized that they are looking to prepare for some regulatory changes and my role was pivotal in that. I kind of got to work and contribute on my own and my manager and his boss liked me. I was getting set but then last week, company announced some changes in top leadership and my manager's boss got a new boss. Now this guy seems little tricky and i don't know what all changes he would bring. As of now he seems to be sure of expanding the team/work that i do (related to regulatory stuff). Now, these changes has got me a bit nervous. And i am kind a bit afraid about my job and its future. This is causing me stress. Any ideas or thoughts that can help me navigate.

So since past few days, I'm getting feeling that they are going to sack my manager and are going to promote me to his level. They have already started sharing sheets with me whose access I didn't had earlier. It's a team of 6-7 designers, and I'm senior among them. Now, if they promote me toh manage this team, how should I ask for hike? What important things should I highlight so that I can make a good case for myself? Should I let them give me additional responsibilities and wait till june-July for appraisal? Appreciate all suggestions

I recently joined this company as a data analyst and I came to know from my friend who was also interviewing for the same role that my manager wasn't happy with my pace and wanted some candidates with better knowledge of coding however I had informed them in my interview that I am a beginner and don't have enough experience. I am really worried as I am also in my probation period, also my other colleague wasn't happy with my work, I had to do that again and again. Any suggestions or tips??

I am working for a WITCH Company for past 2 years . They aren’t giving any project just asking for upskilling and complete internal certification. I got into a project (Tech:Azure Databricks) and now the client has reduced the budget and im removed from the project. I am 25y and joined as a fresher. What should i do..?
