I'm a marketer with 4 years of experience working with startups, corporates across different industries. One thing I'm realizing is that having a single source of income is just not sustainable anymore. Also, I've been dreaming to go indie hacking or take the solopreneurship route for quite some time now. But the biggest barrier has been the commitments I've got at my job. If any of you have started a side hustle or are planning to start one, how are you balancing it with your day job? What are the challenges you faced/are facing and how have you overcome them? What is the biggest expense, how much do you save and how much do you invest

I stay with my parents in a tier 2 town. We have a 800 sq. ft house which is more than 100 yrs old. We are really scared of living in this home as it is fully damaged. Yesterday one incident happened one of the walls got demolished. Fortunately we were not there at that time. For the past few yrs, We wanted to reconstruct our home from base, but the total cost is around 20 lakh. I have been working for the past 2 yrs but hardly able to collect 3 lakh as I spent most of the money by giving it to my father during my sister's marriage. Guys, can anyone suggest 🙏🙏 there is any source or platform from where I can raise funds. We need to raise around 14 lakh.

I know it's difficult to answer, depending on everyone's and family's needs. But ideally how much should one earn.. i am at 25 earning 10 lpa working in big4 I have retired parents who are dependent on me.. i have a loan to pay but I'm not sure how I will manage..if i have to marry in the next 5 yrs what should be my salary that i should target? I am assuming my partner will not work (though myself or my family is not having problems but i cannot force on my partner to work, it's her choice and hence considering she will not work to set a target how much should i earn?

Despite my considerable efforts, I have unfortunately failed at building my startup. I have lost all my savings and incurred a substantial debt from friends and family, amounting to close to 50 lakhs. Additionally, there are credit card debts that have adversely affected my CIBIL score. At age of 29, I have transitioned to a full-time job again that pays 30 lakhs per annum. Navigating through this challenging financial situation seems impossible. Any advice on how to manage this.

Next month I'll (26M) be taking a personal loan of 10L to pay off my family's borrowings. 1. Any tips on managing the loan? 2. I have a good credit score so I can get it through a national bank like HDFC, SBI, etc. 3. Shall I pay it off in one instant in future or keep paying EMIs? I say one time payment because we plan to sell some property in future to get liquidity. 4. Anything else I should take care of? I have savings of around 5L and I have a stable job for next 6-12 months (it's a startup so things are lil shaky right now). I plan to find freelance projects and increase my income. But this is the first time I will be taking a formal loan so it seems like a big and long commitment. Thanks!
