Deloitte shortlisted or not? Quick query

Hi everyone I recently gave interview for Deloitte (saleforce devops consultant). I cleared all rounds but at the end when I asked for offer letter they mailed me this. What does it mean? They rejected me in 2nd round! But, now after a week I got another email 'Recruiting Process Next Step', asking me to upload my documents on their portal. Though I haven't got any call from the HR. What should I do now?? They have asked for UAN, payslips Adhaar and PAN. Is it safe to share these details in case I will not accept their offer?

I have given tech, managerial round and HR round Q1- There was no salary discussion in HR Round is it normal? Q2- I haven’t heard back from them related to my result how long it usually take after HR round to get result? Please your help on this. Thanks

I gave 2 rounds of interview at Deloitte recently. 3 days later, I got a mail about asking for different documents to submit including payslips. I submitted the documents with in 2 days. But did not received any update from them from last 2 weeks. When I called the HR who used to called me for interviews she told we will schedule HR round for you in someday. But when I called her again after someday she told the position is now on hold. What does this mean. Am I not considered now?
