1mg was a startup which got acquired by tata in 2021. How has the culture changed ever since the acquisition? I am considering to apply at tata 1mg and would love to know about the culture over their. Do tech teams get enough opportunities to try and test experimental things as claimed on their official website? Does the acquisition bring with it, some aspects of TCS work culture too?
