MERN Vs Java full stack

I'm a 2023 grad, and gained 6 months of experience in RPA, specifically Power Automate and Apps. However, I'm facing a lack of growth in my current role, as the projects as less. I've become comfortable with my current situation, receiving a consistent salary and doing wfh, but now I'm concerned about the future and the stagnation of my skill set. I've decided to upskill myself with a more relevant tech stack. I'm confused between opting for 1. Java backend with Spring Boot. 2. MERN stack. 3. Upkill in power automate, apps. As a fresher, I'm unsure which path to take. Any advice would be appreciated.

Which tech stack is good for current and future market MERN or Java with React? I have a 2 YOE in MNC - C******nt.

Hi folks, I have freelanced on upwork earlier and maximum reached $20/hour in development gigs but got burned out by constant pressure of rebidding once the current project gets over. The profile is still 5 star rated but getting full time job through these freelancing platform require lots of marketing and bidding and it’s difficult with day job. However recently I have seem trend where there are some genuine folks such as harkirat who are upping the game by earning around 5 crore annually through posh remote jobs. Has anyone of you tried pursuing that route by reaching out to founders of early stage startups on twitter/linked in or used freelancing portals such as upwork to get full time gigs which pays more than $100k remotely. Experienced and Senior devs ,I need suggestions regarding what skill set is expected from a 1 year old full stack developer (stack- REACT, JAVA/KOTLIN ,Docker ,AWS) So apart from DSA and Core CS subjects what else should I focus on. So I have completed my B.tech. Now I have to look for Jobs. During the time I was in college(last year), I was Learning MERN stack but it has not been completed yet. Now in online forums, I have heard that MERN stack is getting saturated, and entering it is not good. So what is your opinion? Also is it wise to take some time, I mean like some months (6 or 8 months) to self-learn and land a Job after that? And should I learn on my own or go to some training institute? Can anyone Help me, I need guidance.

I work at Paytm and rumours are that 35 percent of workforce is going to be fired by may end. I'm definitely in the bottom 35 percent of my team as I'm in a new team and still learning the product. Even my team lead is saying that he will be fired. Now I'm confused, whether to work more or just completely stop caring about work. I need a change. Can anyone provide leads for a backend engineer who works primarily on MERN stack and familiar with Java Springboot stack. I'm hard working and good at Leetcode style algorithmic questions

I mean its so hard to get a referral or is it just me? Basically, 1. Everyone on linkden is basically an influencer, though with a legit experience and ofcourse technical skills, its more like everyone is just there to flaunt and I practically see no one actually being helped or helping. 2. Only on a personal level, I guess having met them, do people take you seriously, that still is a low probability. So my question is, if you were an average Joe in this job market, how would you approach people to have them actually land an interview let alone be selected?

What technologies do i need to learn for more remote opportunities. So far I've seen node and React with good number of openings where Java/Springboot has limited opportunities in the remote Job market
