5 days?
Companies are asking to come to office for 5 days? Whaat? How common is this now?

I mean that's how it always was before covid, and now it's a trend with all large and small companies (even in the west). Moving from full remote to 3 days/week to all days/week is the spectrum.
It's just plain wrong if while hiring they set a different expectation and now adding this

In PhonePe, employees come to office 5 days a week.

Some companies were okay with hybrid before covid as well, I am okay with hybrid, but 5 days seems a stretch

TCS- From 75% to 0%, that was pretty fast!
This is absolutely meme material!! They declared that 75% of employees will work from home by 2025, and before even 2025, they reverted that and now claiming everyone to come to office all 5 days!! I mean not even Hybrid, but all 5 days!...

It’ll never be for a couple of months only :)

they are taking away 50% of your holidays

I wouldn't join tbh 6 days is too much. I'd rather work a few hours more on the remaining 5 then work on a Saturday.
