No increment this year in company
It's like going back to COVID days. We got email that due to current situation there will not be any increment this year. What about your company? How is the situation?

Same situation. They said by July they will plan for Esops - vested over 8 years 😒
P.S. the company completed 3 years in Feb 2023
@BiryaniEnthu 8y is too much, it’s not standard, industry standard is somewhere between 3-4y for total vesting

People got around 8/9 percent. I had joined with 90% hike and not eligible for any hike this year.
Seniors didn't get any. Juniors got almost double digits. Fair I'd say, given the situation.
Joined 9 months back from service based company with 100% hike. Recently got around 25% hike..Don't know how coming days going to be..Hope this recession ends soon

They have said they'll appraise as soon as the revenue increases.

We are expecting not more than 8% on an average this year.
Gebbs healthcare, has work policy of 85% full day, 50% half day, below that, no pay , of daily production Target almost very difficult to achieve daily, no kind of adjustment or offset considered, on meger pay of ₹17k for fresher. Just imagine.
