How do you guys select your next company?
Hello guys When switching to the next company , what is your criteria , is it a better salary or exciting work or WLB ? How do you shortlist the companies when applying for Jobs ?
Money is the only thing you can be sure of beforehand. Rest all depends on team even if company is nice.
+1 but if u have several offers where money doesn’t differ a lot then do research on the team specifically you’re joining and the people within it. Although if u don’t have a brand on ur resume and u got one such offer then definitely opt for it no matter the length of ur stay as it opens up more opportunities for u later
