What role to take for 20 years experience

have got a role as chief data and Ai officer for a small series a startup in South Africa for mining tech where role is to build data platform data analytics and machine learning from scratch . The data is not huge and it won't have scale I would be based out of India with tc 1.4 cr Another offer I got from booking.com as senior director product analytics tc 1.1 cr fixed I am very confused I need to know which will help me in longer as a leader
