Need career advice

Hi am developer of having 6 years of exp 3 years - starup in Koramangala 2 years - unicorn in banglore 1 years 6 months - servicebased mnc in Hyderabad ( present I have assigned to client but not getting anynwork from 6 months. Been practicing leetcode but losing motivation in middle . My tech stack is python django What are the skills I need to do focus on now . Feeling low.

It’s been 11 months since I joined my first job. Being from an IIT, I only did DSA in college and got this job paying a decent 20lpa base salary. But when I first joined here I was put at bench for the first 6 months. I always used to ask for work but got very vague work of writing python scripts. Finally I was put in a project but the work mostly involves utilising python and MATLAB. I have started doing DSA again and learning MERN stack. I am applying to a lot of jobs but apparently my resume is not getting shortlisted anywhere. I want to make this switch but my biggest fear is that if I will be able to get an offer which matches this salary. Any advice how to get out of this situation ?

At present i feel like I’m struck in my career. Was just thinking of upskilling in different areas rather than my current tech (Pega platform- a nocode low code bpm tool) . Its been 2years in same company started as a fresher. I feel like i need to shift to other company but problem is i didn’t upskilled upto the mark in different domains and for shifting in cueerent domain my company is best in market for using pega. Just need some advice. TIA

I am now looking to transition into a full stack developer role but am a bit confused about which tech stack to choose. So I have completed my B.tech. Now I have to look for Jobs. During the time I was in college(last year), I was Learning MERN stack but it has not been completed yet. Now in online forums, I have heard that MERN stack is getting saturated, and entering it is not good. So what is your opinion? Also is it wise to take some time, I mean like some months (6 or 8 months) to self-learn and land a Job after that? And should I learn on my own or go to some training institute? Can anyone Help me, I need guidance.

Hi, I am just confused about what to do next. Right now I am a fresher working at a service based company as a junior software engineer with a salary of 4LPA. Should I be working and shifting companies with work experience or do my Masters after about 2 years of work experience. I would love to get some advice from you folks Thanks.

As a fresher in an IT company working as a backend developer, I am really confused with how to proceed ahead for growth in my career. I have two options : 1.Learn Frontend and be Full stack dev 2. Move to devops I need advice which would be more feasible and why. Keeping interests aside as of now since I would be new to both domains. Any new ideas or domains are also welcomed!
