Most likely LPs are not comfortable with Sequoia investing in the same companies from different vehicles. Sequoia most likely invests in growth stage Indian companies from both the Indian company as well as US/UK dedicated vehicle, similar to what other US-based VCs do.

The new policies introduced by CFO Subramaniam in last 6 months have dented company's revenue massively. His decisions will show results in long term, but in short term they are incurring losses.
