Need your suggestions 🙏
Most of my peer colleagues are working late at night and on weekends as well. But I don't want to do it, now my manager (program manager, product manager, personal manager) is questioning my productivity and trying to compare me with the same level folks. How long I'm going to survive and what is most likely to happen PIP or Layoff? In this situation, what do you suggest I'm kind of fresher.
Leave asap, if you have to match someone who is working on weekends then it’s the end.
Not sure when this started for swiggy, 2 years back I only heard good things about swiggy

When they bring in people from those fast paced startups, they tend to spread that same crazy work style. It catches on like a bug - very contagious, because no one wants to be the odd one out or seem like they're slacking off. So, everyone starts mimicking those toxic all-nighters, and bam, you've got a whole office swimming in that toxic culture. Everyone's just trying to shine in front of the boss, and that's how it all goes down.

As long as your work is completed in time you shouldn't worry and neither should your seniors compare.
Are you on time with deadlines?
Missing deadlines few times not only due to me, mostly due to other dependent teams.
How to tackle the situation when somebody questions your efforts estimation for a task? If I say for 2 days they ask me to complete within a day.

Bounce outta there before they even think about giving you the boot. Seriously, it ain't your fault – those boot-lickers are the ones stirring up this vibe just to butter up the big shots. Good on you for realizing that pulling all-nighters isn't some badge of honor. It's just a toxic work scene, and the sad truth is, your buddies who are burning the midnight oil are setting themselves up for a quick burnout. They're tying their whole identity to the company, but mark my words, one day that company's gonna show 'em the door as soon as they're no longer useful.

Honestly, isn't this the scene in any loss making startup? If the expectation is a chill workplace that pays lesser, there's Infosys, Wipro, TCS, etc. Ultimately, investor and performance pressures will drill down to the last layer at some point.
Only good managers know how to not pass it on. Also, managers today with 3 years of experience can be equated to managers with 6 years of experience from a decade back. Hence, quality of people managers has also tremendously dropped.
Hard truth but reality in today's funding environment.
Zomato has the exact same culture. And since Zomato just started making profits, Swiggy is doing the same. Sadly, only the devs have to pay the price
