First switch
How did you guys feel when you made your first switch? I just resigned (first resignation), and it feels very bad. Staying would've slowed down my growth but this place has so many good people and good memories that it almost feels betrayal on my part. Maybe I'm overthinking it and this feeling dies down with more switches, but it sure as hell does not feel good.
@PeakyBlinder , I can resonate with you. I still feel sometimes that I should've stayed there. But I had to move on bcoz I became one of the smartest person in the room. I don't learn anything if I achieve that.
We as humans don't love change. We always think of falling back to what our comfort is or where we already shine. It's natural. When such things come up, focus on why you switched in the 1st place

You sure didn't hate your company as much. Guikt goes away when you are start switching and every month more money gets credited
I was so happy. Hated my first gig. I deserved better and I knew it. You’ll be fine! New gig new people new memories 🤗
