Sleeping at wfh

I normally use mouse ziggler and take sweet nap in afternoon whenever WFH. 😌 Anyone else has some mindbowling tricks for such slacks ?!

Curious to know what to do folks here do in their working hours when they are having a chill workload week/day in a WFH setup. I just hopelessly wait for some ping or adhoc task to come up and end up wasting the whole time scrolling the phone.

I am having hybrid mode 2 days office and 3 days WFH and office is far (20kms from home) so regular commute is tough. But my productivity at home goes down drastically as it's just me at home and lot of slacking happens. Any tips to increase productivity while working from home

Hey guys, I have this weird anxiety whenever I'm not able to understand the work that is given to me or If I get too complicated work. Basically i'm not stressed even if my workload is high, as long as I know exactly what to do And if I get very little workload but the work is very complicated, it stresses me out to the point where I don't feel hungry at all. If I'm confident, i'm very confident and when I get stressed out, even simple problems look very complicated and makes my life hell. Do any of you guys feel the same and if you do, how do you handle this weird nature

We have to pair program all of the working hours and that's not helping me grow. It feels really exhausting and I feel bored easily. How would you deal with such a situation?

Now that we are running in hybrid, what do you think is the best work policy and why?

I work in remote mode full time, occasionally visit the office, once in 3 months. My office is located in a different city from where I live in. The work I do is challenging and interesting, but I manage to complete my tasks by working for max 4-5 hours a day. Remaining time of the day, I get distracted, not with household duties but by doing research on random stuff. I want start a company, but I have no idea where to start. I consume a lot of information, yet most of the time I spend goes unproductive. By nature, I am very unorganized. Most of my friends are busy in their own world and I don’t want to disturb them seeking advice. Any idea how I can get over this habit to make productive use of my time, while WFH?

Yesterday night there are lot many pages with p2 I just woke up and i don’t know what to do. Am i going to be in trouble ?
