Am i eligible for eps ?

I joined company A and worked there for 3 Years. Now I have switched and joined company B. EPF has two accounts. One for company A and one for company B. Now the problem is when I try to merge both the accounts it rejects my request as my basic salary in Company A was greater than 15000 and irrespective of that company A made a contribution in EPS (Employer Pension Scheme). Now without closing the EPS account from Company A there is no way to merge the EPF account. When I contacted company A, they said they don't have any solution for this problem it's been 10 months with the same issue. Any suggestions/solutions???

My company (startup) hasn't deposited any epf amount since July 2023. Does this mean they can deposit anytime they want? This should be on time right?

Hello guys, I resigned from my job in July and my last working day was August. Due to medically conditions, i have been unemployed so far and havent come back to the corporate world as of yet. I opened my epf account and it still shows previous company as current as in there is not exit date shown there . Is it normal? Will it show after i join a company again? What to do ?

I'm thinking of going with the new regime and I'm really dumb with deductions. From what I've read, other than the Employer's contribution to EPF, everything falls under taxable income.

I'm thinking to increase my EPF contribution to the max which is 12% of basic and also thinking to start NPS investment. since I am just starting out in personal investment domain. I do not possess much knowledge and have been seeing people here helping others. My question is should I increase the EPF contribution and start NPS or should I invest in public funds after thorough study? The first one are from the govt so seems safe to me. My last employer incorrectly marked my date of exit on the EPFO portal which now creates an overlapping employment. Is there anyone who faced this similar problem ? How did you get it rectified? Any help would be great appreciated.
